The updated room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family with great amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The friendly staff ensured a welcoming experience. however, the location required a bit of a walk uphill, which could be challenging for some. a solid choice for families looking to explore.

The pool area was great, but the humidity in the hallways was uncomfortable.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glenstone Lodge. The pool area entertained my daughters for hours, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast options could be more inspiring. a great location to explore Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.

The hallways are unbearably humid!!! !!! Not to mention the elevator situation is a disaster!!! Seriously, it is time for a complete update of the hotel's overall condition!!!

However, the hallways were humid, making them uncomfortable. I also noticed some dated decor in the room, with a few signs of wear and tear like frayed curtains. The restaurant was average. I expected a bit more from the dining options. But, it was a comfortable stay overall. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a fun getaway!

I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor swimming pool with its breathtaking views of the surroundings. The indoor heated pool was perfect for those chilly evenings, making us feel right at home! Plus, the staff truly treated us like family, from the moment we checked in to the last goodbye.
